Fear and uncertainty are normal when beginning therapy. How did I get here? Will this get better? Why do I keep experiencing this? These are questions that linger for most of us. My goal is to assist you in finding the answers to these important questions. While technical expertise is important, I value my relationships with clients the most. In fact, research shows that the type of therapy used is of secondary importance to a trusting, attuned connection between client and therapist. My focus is to create that type of relationship with each client.
